That's it. NoiseClear cleans your voice in real time. It runs quietly in the system tray; press Ctrl+Shift+N to toggle it anytime.

Windows shows a warning? That's normal — it's safe.

Because NoiseClear is a new independent app (not yet "verified" by Microsoft), Windows may warn you the first time. Nothing is wrong — here's exactly what to click.

"Windows protected your PC" → click the small More info link. Most people miss it.

Then

Click Run anyway. Setup continues and the wizard takes over.

NoiseClear runs entirely on your PC and uploads nothing. The warning only appears because we're a new app building trust with Microsoft. We're working on official verification to remove it.

Yes, it's safe. NoiseClear runs entirely on your computer — your audio is never uploaded or recorded. No account is required.

Will it slow down my laptop?

No. The noise filter is tiny and uses very little CPU — it runs fine on older, budget laptops without a special graphics card.

How is it free? What's the catch?

The core noise removal is free for individuals, with no catch. If it helps you, you can support development with a small donation — but you never have to.

What is VB-CABLE and why does it install?

VB-CABLE is a small, free audio connector that lets NoiseClear send your cleaned voice into your call app. NoiseClear's setup wizard installs it for you. VB-CABLE is made by VB-Audio (vb-cable.com) and is donationware.

Windows shows a warning when I open it — is that bad?

Because NoiseClear is a new independent app, Windows may show an "Unknown Publisher" notice. Click More info → Run anyway. We're working on a verified signature to remove this.
